 Why is my order marked as pending?
Solution Your order might be marked as pending because of several reasons:

1. You used 2Checkout as the payment method and their order verification process usually takes 24-74 hours due to their fraud team checking every sale and confirming that the sale is not a fraud.
Once the payment is approved and completed by 2Checkout your order will be marked as active and you will be able to download everything you purchased.
This whole process is not controlled by us so there is nothing we can do to make it go faster.

2. You used PayPal as the payment method and our system randomly marks orders as pending so we can sometimes check the order itself and verify that it's not a fraud, that's due to a lot of fraud orders we receive every week.
If you used PayPal and you order is pending it should be marked as "active" within 24 hours if it's not a fraud and usually within just a few hours.
