User Password Changed To Admin's Password?
User Password Changed To Admin's Password?
Solution
This is a common thing that happens when you edit users' details through Manage Users in your administration panel in FIREFOX.
Firefox usually saves all passwords and then automatically inserts them to a field.
What happens is that each time you edit a user, even if you only change his first name, firefox will enter your admin password to the user password field.
When you press on submit, it will update the password to your own password...
This can be disabled through html only on IE but not on FireFox.
In order to disable it, follow the instructions below:
* For forms, go to Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Forms and uncheck the option to save form data when entering forms.
* For passwords, go to Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Passwords and uncheck the option to remember passwords. Note that passwords can be stored in an encrypted format.
Try both ways and it should fix that issue for you.
